跆拳道選手班 Sparring Team

選手班 為綠帶以上的學生而設,教練亦會挑選有天份的黃帶/黃綠帶學生提早進行搏擊訓練。搏擊班不會教授品勢和考試內容,學生需自備搏擊護具。

Sparring Team are designed for students at the level of Green Belts or above.  Invitations will be extended to junior students who are potential based on evaluations of our instructors.

Forms techniques (Poomsae) and belt exams are not the focus of sparring classes. Students are expected to bring their own fighting gears.

搏擊=打架?

止戈為武

普遍家長都不太了解跆拳道或武術運動在大部分人的潛意識裏,「跆拳道=打架」,「搏擊=危險」。其實恰恰相反,搏擊訓練能教導學生如何保護自己,但教練亦會反覆強調學生遇事不能主動出手

高強度及密集的搏擊訓練能有效提高學員體能素質,培養學員的自信及抗壓能力。
